Library Fine Appeal

If you wish to appeal a library fine, you should first discuss the charge with the Head of Access Services at the Library Service Desk. If no resolution is found, you may then submit an appeal by completing this form. An appeal based solely on an inability to pay or disagreement with the fine structure will not be considered. Once the decision has been made, it is final.
