The University of Texas at Dallas only accepts Interlibrary Loan requests from other libraries through OCLC or email (for libraries that do not use OCLC Resource Sharing). Our OCLC symbol is ITD.

Lending Policies

Loan Period: 6 Weeks

Renewal: Available upon request

Rush Request: All requests are processed within 24 hours. If an item is needed sooner, please call before 3:00 PM CST.

Restrictions: New items, Serials, Maps, Reference materials, Dissertations, Masters Theses, Multimedia, Faculty Publications, Government Documents, Archives & Special Collections are non-circulating.

Delivery Methods: Mail, TransAmigos Express Courier, OCLC Article Exchange, e-mail.

Payment Methods Accepted: IFM, Check, and IFLA vouchers.

North American non-profit | Copies: $5 IFM/ $10 Invoice | Loans: $5 IFM/ $10 Invoice

International | Copies: $5 IFM/ $10 Invoice/1 IFLA | Loans: $10 IFM/ $15 Invoice/ 1.5 IFLA

For Profit | Copies: $10 IFM/$15 Invoice | Loans: $10 IFM/ $15 Invoice
