Request Library Instruction for a Class (faculty & instructors)
UTD librarians can present class sessions in partnership with course instructors to provide library instruction. Class sessions can take place in the library building, in your classroom, or online.

Schedule a one-on-one or small group consultation with a librarian for research help. Your librarian can teach you how to find articles, use databases, identify relevant information sources, and much more.
Attend a Library Workshop or Event
The library offers a variety of instructional workshops to help UTD students, staff, and faculty learn more about the resources available for you. Past workshops that have been recorded are found on our YouTube channel.
Attend a walking tour of the McDermott Library building to become acquainted with the many resources we offer. Tours typically last 30-40 minutes and cover each level of the library. Registration not required for individuals or groups of 5 people or less. Registration required for groups of 6 or more.
