Nebula Gallery: Passion in Literature Exhibit

Special Collection’s Valentines Day themed exhibit “Passion in Literature” is open for all to view through February 24th in our Nebula Gallery. The theme utilizes Special Collection’s Rare Book Collection to exhibit passion found in literature from 1796 through 1953.

Spotlighted in this exhibit are illustrations and poem stanzas from Lord Alfred Tennyson’s “Lady Clare”, Percy Bysshe Shelley, Eveyln Waugh’s “Love Among the Ruins: A Romance of the Near Future,” Austin Dobin’s “The Ballad of Beau Brocade and other Poems of the 18th Century,” and Gillet’s “The Pleasures of Reason: or, The Hundred Thoughts of a Sensible Young Lady.”

Gallery Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
